Kill Devil Diesel is looking to add another Technical Sales Representative to act as the point of contact for our amazing customers and dealers/installers. An eager candidate, with a curious technical mind, will find success by using Kill Devil Diesel-provided knowledge to assist our customers and dealers in finding the correct products to solve technical problems related to modern diesel engines. The ideal Technical Sales Representative will have an enthusiastic personality and use it to build strong relationships with KDD Customers/Dealers, and represent the Kill Devil Diesel brand at various motorsports events and trade shows.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Customer service, including phone/email support, order entry and follow-up

• Offer technical support to Kill Devil Diesel dealers and end users

• Represent Kill Devil Diesel at trade shows and motorsport events

• Various other responsibilities will evolve over time (Potentially more marketing or website focused, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey a sense of professionalism

• Must have the willingness and the capacity to learn technical material

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in automotive sales/technical support, or related field is required

• Passion for racing, horsepower, and motorsports related activities is preferred

• Someone with an outgoing personality is well-suited for this position
