We have seen significant adoption of our products since launching in 2020 and are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our tight-knit but growing team.

We are looking for a passionate AWS specialized software developer to join our development team. This position works directly under our Lead Developer to design, develop and maintain our serverless applications, database storage and APIs.

This role will also work closely with other senior developers, project managers and other in-house stakeholders to design and implement new product features to continuously improve and evolve our core products.

Responsibilities for this Role

• Work with other senior level developers to help design and implement product features using microservices, serverless technology and modern DevOps practices.
• Plan, design and implement software features using AWS technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and SQS.
• Participate and take ownership in advancing the architecture and technologies used to scale and improve our products.
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Work collaboratively and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff about our software products, new features and our product roadmap.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of cloud engineering and serverless application design experience.
• 2+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language
• Well versed in the following: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, REST based APIs
• A desire to learn and grow in a fast growing startup environment.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a closely related computer technical field or commensurate experience and training.

Good to Have

• Experience working in health technology, EMRs or medical EDI.
• Exposure to C# and the .NET platform.
