OFFICE APPROACH

We look for career motivated individuals with a strong AutoCAD and Revit background. Our future employees must be self motivated TEAM members with well rounded experience. All employees are Project Managers and are responsible for all phases of a project from proposals to design, and through to construction administration. Project Managers are given full project responsibility with guidance from a principal of the firm. Learning the architectural process through this approach helps develop a well rounded Architect. The office prides itself in creating architecture that is easily constructible. We have found that framers enjoy working with us instead of throwing hammers at us. To us, this feels like we hit the sweet spot; balancing design and construction. The office has an open book policy and encourages all members to become familiar with the business workings of an architecture firm.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Our open plan office encourages interaction between everyone and the occasional rubber band war. This helps produce camaraderie in the office; equal to none. We work hard and have fun doing it! This work ethic, infused with elements of fun make our office like no other where morale is high and our work ethic is even higher! We work very closely with our clients and pride ourselves in a quick response to their desires.
