The Business Analyst will coordinate with stakeholders to document the technology needs of the business and coordinate with the Business Technology team for their effective execution and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Stakeholders to understand the need and document the Functional Requirements Document.

• Work with the Business team, presentation, exaction of functions.

• Document the Functional Design Document (FDD), Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Use Cases.

• Responsible for writing test cases, test scripts, identifying test data and running design and QA testing.

• Coordinate various business/technical activities with cross-functional teams.

• Work on SQL queries to retrieve data from SQL Server databases and performed data analysis.

• Should be a quick thinker analyzing the root cause of the problem and coming up with solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters in Business, Technology, Engineering, Science, Management or any relevant field.

• Knowledge in analyzing business processes and documenting current business challenges to accurately define business requirements and translate into functional specifications for proposed solutions.

• Proficient in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Cases and User Guides.

• Must be an effective Communicator and Team Player with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
