Front Desk Sales Manager

We are seeking a Front Desk Sales Manager! Kelly Auto Parts is a fast paced automotive retail store with over 60 years of experience in auto salvage and used auto parts and we are looking to grow our team. Our Front Desk Sales Manager acts as the face and voice of our establishment for any customers coming through or calling in with questions. If you are someone with experience in customer service, enjoys interacting with people and thrives multitasking---we want to hear from YOU!

What You'll Do

• Be friendly, professional and curteous when working with all customers, vendors and employees.
• Minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold my efficiently operating our telephone system
• Handle customer questions via phone and in person
• Accurately handle customer information through data entry, filing, and scanning documents
• Familiarize yourself with department and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Assist with various clerical duties as needed

• Strong and enthusiastic communication skills via phone, email and in person
• Experience with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn our database
• A desire to connect with our customers and make their day more positive after interacting with you
• The ideal candidate will work well both independently and in a team setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Faribault, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
