At least one year of sales experience in same or similar field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of field experience is preferred.

Knowledge of standard clerical procedures and office operations, including proper telephone and e-mail etiquette.

Comfortable working on multiple computer systems at one time and have one (1) year experience in collections or 2 years in Customer Service.

Maintain good working relationships with distribution and manufacturing partners. Respond to all customer requests, complaints, and questions.

Demonstrates knowledge and use of clinic policies and procedures as well as applicable federal and state rules and regulations.
