Design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions and recommendations for process improvement, performance and key projects.

Excellent customer service skills: Empathy for the customer, enjoy solving problems, clear communication, and a learning mindset.

Be alert of guest signals (raising a hand, looking directly at you, etc.), and acknowledge the guest so they know you will be right with them.

Possession of a valid driver's license. Must have or be eligible for a teacher license from the Virginia Department of Education.
