Sester Farms is looking to add multiple Customer Service reps who want to grow with the company and are interested in long-term employment with the potential to transition to Outside Sales for individuals that are a good fit. Our customers buy hundreds of thousands of plants each year and we want every customer to feel like they are at the front of the line.

Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills: Empathy for the customer, enjoy solving problems, clear communication, and a learning mindset.

· Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS experience.

*Intermediate Excel

· CRM software experience is a plus but not required.

· Drive to initiate actions independently.

· Excitement to learn all aspects of the business.

· Horticulture and/or nursery experience is a plus but not required.

· Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a bonus.

You will communicate with customers by phone and email, update customer notes and info in Infusionsoft (CRM), and work with salespeople to resolve customer issues and travel with salespeople to tradeshows and on sales trips as needed. Cross-train and support Inventory, Orders, and Shipping as needed. No one in the Sester Farms office does one job only and you can count on your previous experience being tapped.

Sester Farms is a dynamic and growing industry-leading wholesale nursery based in Gresham OR. The climate and soil in NW Oregon combined with our extensive horticulture expertise allow us to grow beautiful, award-winning trees and shrubs at an amazing pace. Our dedicated people manage every aspect of growing, managing inventory, selling, and shipping these plants to much of the lower 48, Alaska, and Canada, with the finance department, maintenance teams, and software development team keeping all of the processes running smoothly.
