Assist staff with clerical work and program preparation, including photocopying, printing, faxing, typing, creating and updating spreadsheets, data entry, etc.

Answers and screens telephone calls, arranges conference calls, coordinates schedules, makes appointments, and makes travel arrangements.

Ability to maintain a valid drivers license and travel from the office located in the employees home to Grinnell Mutual, Grinnell Mutual agent offices, or

Supervise students in the cafeteria, schoolyard, specials, hallways, on field trips, and/or during before and after school programs.

Identify and maximize methods to use budgeted funds efficiently; participate in the events as a host/greeter for local and out of state events when requested.
