Compensation
$40,000 - $55,000 PER YEAR
Commission/Bonus offered

Schedule: FULL TIME

• 40 hours per week
• 4 Days during work week Availability 12pm - 8pm
• Saturdays 8am-4pm

Required Training:

• 1 Week PAID training in Fort Lauderdale, FL or Locally if possible. Followed up by a 3 day virutal managemnt training in studio.
• In order to get position training has to be passed.
• Training is fully paid. This includes hotel and airfare.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Energetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
• Well organized and self-directed team player
• Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information
• Detail oriented individual
• Strategic contributor in long and short range strategic planning.
• Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship.
• Health and wellness experience is a plus! This includes but not limited to a background in physical therapy, exercise science, and personal training.
