Main Purpose of Job:

Assure quality tower document and make sure WI and QI have been followed by related team

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining IMS system, frequently working with QA managers and other leaders and improve procedures.
• Coordinate & follow system's audit by third party, customers.
• Supplier's qualify audit to certify new supplier
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation to ensure integrity of document.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting, analyzing and sharing quality data.
• Coordinate to get certificates as required from management.
• Review and comment on WI and QI from Production and QC
• Conduct process audit or IA and make IA report and follow up to close. Set up IA schedule
• Down load SD and sharing to related team for improvement.
• CAR issue for all kind of audit or assessment and follow up to close
• NCR validation according to process to close

Skills Required

• Good knowledge in ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• MS Office Skills.
• Making the training material QMS.

Skills Required

• Read and understand the control procedures
• Read and understanding the drawing and customer's requirement. And understand international standard
• Co-work with another team from receiving to shipment
• College’s Degree or relevant experience
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience of quality management systems.
• Good communication skills.

• Associate (Preferred)
