Project Manager

Required Outcomes

• Management of all internal and external communication for each assigned project
• Creation and maintenance of project schedule for MDSI scope including milestones, releases, and shipments
• Management of customer expectations regarding MDSI scope and schedule
• Coordination of obtaining field dimensions, scanning, and revisions
• Coordination of the production release schedules
• Identification of all materials and suppliers needed for the project
• Completion of the Material Take Off, ordering material, communication of lead times, and monitoring arrival of materials
• Reviewing project specifications for understanding and clarifying scope if needed
• Identification of submittal requirements
• Reviewing shop drawings to ensure accuracy
• Reviewing and reconciling budget
• Creation of and obtaining approval on Change Orders as needed
• Completion of other duties as requested

Required Skills

• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to understand construction concepts and order of operations
