Job Description :

Parallel Employment Group in partnership with a Lancaster manufacturing company is hiring for peak season. Seeking quality and self-motivated Office Admin/Customer Service Representative to grow the team.


1st shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday

$17-18 per hour; based on experience


Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders and inquiries via email or phone
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Previous experience with Epicor a major plus
