We have taken our therapy department in-house to better serve our residents, provide the amount of therapy our patients really need, truly make you a part of the facility, and create a unified team. We are looking for a California licensed fulltime, part-time and/or PRN (with consistent hours) Occupational Therapist, OTR, to join our team.

This is a facility where you don't hear much about productivity or profit margin, but rather How is the patient doing, and Is the patient able to tolerate more treatment minutes?. It is hard to believe there is such facility out there, but Hearts and Hands Post-Acute is one of them.

This privately owned and operated SNF in Santa Cruz, California, is owner operator with one goal in mind: Excellent clinical outcomes for the patients.
