As the Vice President of Operations, you will work closely with the CEO to execute the strategic growth of Bruiser Auto Care. Your main tasks will include:

• Recruiting mechanics
• Supervising the dispatch of mechanics
• Maintaining our fleet of mobile service vehicles
• Upfitting our fleet for mobile service
• Working with the brand manager to identify and launch auto repair shops

We have a preference and for candidates with advanced auto technician experience and A.S.E. certification, as well as at least 7 years of mechanic experience.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Ten years progressive leadership experience
• Previous experience working with mechanics and auto care specialists

Qualifications/Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong working knowledge of practice management system
• Proven success in establishing processes, procedures, and controls
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
