PREMIER THERAPY, an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 20 years' experience in senior living communities is looking for an exceptional Occupational Therapist to work PRN at our partner's skilled nursing facility in Burton, Ohio. Compensation up to $39/hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience) with great full-time benefits to include 20 days of PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) employee participation after 90 days, free CEU's and more.

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:

  • Completes Evaluations.
  • Attends Care Conferences.
  • Safe discharge planning with patient and caregiver.
  • Home evaluations.
  • Implement safe seating systems.
