Overview:

Cottesmore of Life Care is seeking an RN to help grow our CNA and Medication Technician Training Programs.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who has organization skills and a passion for teaching/training. This is a M-F position with no on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
The Clinical Instructor will, teach, supervise and evaluate students as they practice clinical skills in the clinical setting. They will assist students to apply knowledge and skills learned in NA training and Medication Technician curriculum to care for residents in the Long-term Care facility. They will assist students to gain knowledge in skill competency, clinical reasoning, and professional practice.

Essential Functions

• Follows program requirements for the NA program as required and supervises and evaluates students as they practice clinical skills in the clinical setting while following all policies and procedures of the clinical site.
• Coordinates with facility staff to provide appropriate clinical assignments, experiences, and skill competencies per NA course curriculum.

Qualifications:
Requirements

• Must be an RN in good standing in WA and must have at least one year of any nursing experience
• Associate’s degree
