Cousino Restoration & Environmental Services is an operated emergency response contracting business with over 44 years of experience restoring homes and businesses We provide emergency response services to healthcare, commercial, insurance, residential, schools, restaurants, and other markets we can tackle any size restoration project. Our mission is to continuously expand our diverse talented staff of restoration specialist which include; general labor, contractors, technicians, project managers, administrative assistants etc.

We are currently hiring for Mitigation/ Restoration Project Manager responsible for coordinating and managing Mitigation/Restoration projects in the Perrysburg, OH area. Responsibilities include supervising and overseeing multiple processes from start to finish. In addition you will organize, manage and ensure scope of work is being followed according to company protocols. Being the primary contact for assigned projects you will coordinate with the customer, field personnel, material suppliers, inspectors and subcontractors to ensure accurate and on-time completion of projects. Candidate must have previous management experience, valid license, Be able to pass a criminal background check. Pay $60,000 to $65,000 based on experience in Mitigation/Restoration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review preliminary project plan, identify missing or inaccurate information, set budgets and deadlines ensuring project costs and timelines are within set guidelines, delegating tasks accordingly,
• Acts as a liaison between company, customers and vendors,
• Verify all material needed is on-site before tasks are to be completed, stored neatly, safely and marked properly,
• Work on-site with suppliers, field personnel, subcontractors,
• Identify conflicts and communicate them to management and the client, providing solutions as needed,
• Communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction and that expectations are being met or exceeded,
• Maintain project lists for each stage of the project, monitoring progress and making adjustments accordingly,
• Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed; provide a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment,
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual and company regulations are met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in management
• Comprehensive understanding of customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to problem solve
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work within a team or independently
• Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Basic computer/tablet skills
• Willing to work evenings, on call, and weekends when requested
• Familiar with basic hand and power tools
• Sustained periods of standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling or climbing
• Frequent lifting of 5-40 pounds, unassisted
• Occasional space confinement, limiting mobility
• Pass a back ground check
• Have a valid License
