Medical Assistant or LPN

Steamboat Orthopaedic and Spine Institute is seeking a full or part time medical assistant or LPN to work with our physiatrist specialized in spine and musculoskeletal care.

Job Duties:

• Daily clinic and chart preparation
• Compassionate and timely patient care
• Coordination and management of care (imaging, labs, therapy, referrals)
• Prior Authorizations and insurance correspondence
• Charting clinical patient data and other required EMR data
• Maintaining an efficient clinical workflow
• Coordination and management of clinical communication between provider and patients

The ideal candidate is positive, well organized, self-directed and has the ability to handle a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical assistant or LPN preferred
• Orthopaedic or spine experience preferred
