Responsible for documenting and maintaining all levels of correspondence electronic files, faxes, phones, mail and email. Must be accurate and detailed.

ASAM Board Certification preferred, or willingness to work towards certification. Must be a licensed physician currently registered by the NYS Education

Must hold current and valid Nebraska state licensure (APRN, PA). Nebraska state licensure (APRN, PA) (Preferred). Computer literacy and EMR proficiency.

Assists practitioner in performance of procedures, telephone prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient records and relaying test results.

Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required. Proven working experience in relevant field. Maintain equipment in good condition.
