Our inpatient Recovery Center is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Consultant to udit our in house pharmacy one day per month. Candidate must posess adequate licensure in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities:

1. Florida Pharmacist License: An individual must currently hold a Florida pharmacist license that is active and in good standing.

2. Consultant Pharmacist Course: Applicants must have successfully completed a consultant pharmacist course that is no fewer than twenty (20) hours approved by the Florida Board of Pharmacy Tripartite Continuing Education Committee

Additionsl requirements:

• Understand federal and state laws that regulate the practice of pharmacy in a hospital setting.
• Be knowledgeable about pharmacological calculations such as metric conversions and drug concentration.
• Adhere to proper pharmacy practices.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Be available 1 day per month in house at a rate of $125/hr.
