Altitude Apartments is a 919 unit property that provides a leasing consultant the opportunity to use their skills in sales, marketing and customer service to effectively communicate all of our unique property features to the prospect.

We are looking for an inviting, motivated, and excited leasing professional with either leasing or retail/sales background.

Responsibilities

The Leasing Consultant's duties and desired characteristics include but are not limited:

• Greet prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform external property marketing and community outreach.
• Maintain awareness of local market trends and conditions.
• Leads follow through in according with company policies and procedures.
• Accurate completion of all lease applications, including performing credit and background verification and notifying prospective residents of results.
• Physically inspect property on a daily basis and report any service needs to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to make sure that the buildings, grounds, and amenity areas are at its highest level of quality.
• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in either direct leasing, sales or retail is required
• Exceptional closing skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to work as a team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Great organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook.
• This is a five day work week, which is Saturday and Sunday along with 3 days during the week.
• Reliable transportation is required.
