Inside Sales Representative - Plumbing

Since 1946, Capitol Group, Inc. has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products with sales and distribution centers in Illinois and Missouri.

The inside sales representative - plumbing is primarily responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by assisting counter and telephone customers with product selection and purchases.

Inside Sales Representative - Plumbing Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Meets and greets all customers with service, knowledge, and respect.
o Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for pricing and quotations, scheduling deliveries and installations, addressing complaints, and providing customer follow.
o Sells and promotes product lines of stock and alternative suggestions for those that request other products, successfully moves customer to in stock products.

Inside Sales Representative - Plumbing Education, Licensure, and Experience
High school diploma or GED. Associate degree, preferred.
Inside sales, pricing/quotations, and customer service experience specific to plumbing/PVF.
Wholesale distributing experience specific to plumbing/PVF.
Basic use of a computer and other workplace electronic devices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
