Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our Corporate Headquarters based in Paris IL. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and analysis to the HRIS team. NAL will provide relocation assistance to anyone outside of the Central/Southern Illinois area.

Your Priorities

While working within the fast paced, automotive environment, you will provide ongoing support and insure accuracy of HRIS data

Provide HRIS analysis as requested

Input and maintain human resource data in HRIS and time keeping system

Create and distribute HRIS reports for upper management

Communicate all changes to the HR Policy and Procedures to appropriate management at each location

Create and maintain all employee files and correspondence

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline plus 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related position or

Associate’s degree in Business or a related discipline plus 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related position

HRIS skills- proficiency using Power BI and/or SAP (or similar HR/Payroll System) including data entry, report writing, and report generation is preferred
