Key Responsibilities: To maintain company compliance through our technology platforms while assisting the day-to day Human Resource functions in a manufacturing setting.

Position Summary: Multi-faceted HR role responsible for Recruiting/Onboarding, benefit package enrollment, annual review distribution, employee conflict resolution coordination. Driving HR policies, accountability and messages to our employees. Coordination of HR projects ie: wellness, training, safety etc. Responsible to track employee data and timecards management along with contract labor. Utilizing HR platform ADP. Daily reporting to Corporate on various pre-designed reports.

Qualifications:

• 2yr of Human Resource Experience (in a manufacturing setting preferred)
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Communicate orally and written in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Basic Math skills
• PC Literacy
• Must be dependable and able to work autonomously.
• Must be adept at problem solving and solution orientated
• Basic knowledge of Labor Laws

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing recruiting/onboarding process
• Accountability for policies and procedures, implementation and maintaining current
• Compile/Maintain employee records and documentation (including I9)
• Employee grievance - conflict/resolution investigations
• Distribution/collection/tracking of HR materials.
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys) taking notes when necessary.
• Promoting and implementing Wellness related initiatives
• Daily reporting on flash/scorecard
• Updating and maintaining ADP database
• All other responsibilities or duties assigned

Physical Demands

This position is on-site and will require ongoing walking, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, squatting periodically.

Mental Demands

• Must have a sense of urgency to complete task in a timely manner.
• Remain calm and collective in a high pressure situations

Environmental Conditions

• Office area mainly – climate controlled
• Manufacturing floor is non-climate controlled environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,609.90 - $70,000.00 per year
