Sterling Home Care is looking for an HR Recruiter to work in our Cranberry To office. As an HR Recruiter you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and assistance to the HR team in every aspect of human resources.

Responsibilities of HR Recruiter:

• Partner directly with the HR team in organizing, managing, coordinating, and directing the operations and functions.
• Process all new hires, terminations, and other payroll changes after obtaining a change of status notifications
• Organize and supervise the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
• Support HR team during re-occurring initiatives including compensation and performance review cycles.
