• Restaurant Assistant Manager

You’ll assist the drive-in restaurant General Manager in managing drive-in operations and you will also be involved in training and supporting other employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.

Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, assistant manager, supervisor, shift lead, crew lead, team lead or other restaurant management job is very helpful to the success at this job.

Requirements:

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required.
• Previous experience running shifts without supervision is a must.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills

Duties Include

• Manage, train, monitor and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the drive-in restaurant employee handbook, policies and practices
• Reinforce a customer service mentality and ensure all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
