The KellyConnect Customer Care Specialist at JJV answers incoming calls resulting in placing orders, problem solving and resolving inquiries to customers

Candidates should have a strong understanding of core design principles and working knowledge of commonly used design programs in the Adobe Creative Suite

Candidates will be expected to greet customers, have knowledge of products, answer questions, check out, stock and other light duties.
