Job Summary:
This job has two primary responsibilities, which are to provide administrative support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities, and to support CEO and other Executives. Responsibilities of Executive Assistant include but are not limited to; providing administrative support to the executives, coordinate the executives' travel arrangements. Also, this position will assist import and delivery of Pimel and ion exchange membrane. In addition, occasionally this position is expected to support Ad-hoc project requested by management team as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Administrative support roles:
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Process invoices and reconcile payment to vendors. Distribute all incoming mails and packages, Fax to the company. Also, ship packages and mails as requested. Answer and direct phone calls. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Be responsible for account management for corporate credit card, company provided cell phone plan, shipping, and any leased office properties. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, such as company events and projects
2) Executive Assistant roles:
Manage and maintain CEO's calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings, and conference calls. Coordinate CEO's travel itineraries, flights, hotel accommodation, and other travel needs. Support other Executives on other projects as needed.
3) Import and distribute support roles:
Make purchase orders and invoices for Pimel and ion exchange membrane according to the instructions from Asahi Kasei Corporation (AKC) business departments File the TSCA documents according to the instructions from AKC business departments

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly range for this position is USD $24.29 - 32.85.
