Same Day Restoration is hiring a Mitigation Manager/Water Division Manager as a full-time position in San Diego, California.

We are looking for experienced leaders in the water/mold/fire damage restoration industry with minimum of 2 years’ experience and a current WRT certification. As a Mitigation Manager, or Water Division Manager, you are responsible for ensuring your team is performing well and that everything gets accomplished in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for estimating and building out project scopes. The ideal candidate should have the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support your project team
• Ensure your team is producing jobs on time and within budget
• Track the overall performance of individuals, jobs and productions
• Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties
• Provide paperwork from the job site to administration
• Maintain inventory of equipment
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• IICRC Certification and WRT
• Experience in job management software required
• Experience with moisture mapping software required
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in the restoration construction industry (preferred)
