We are seeling an Office Administrator to strengthen our Administrave Management Staff and answer to the demands of its perpetual growth each year. We will train and hire The Ideal Candidate will possess the folliwing skills and traits: - Wiling to Learn New Processes & Practices Unique to our Organizaton and Industry - Proficient in Quickbooks - G Suite / Google Drive - Proficent in Excel, Word Doc, Powerpoint and all other alternatives - Familiarity with Billing Procedures - General understanding of I.T. relations in connectino to our Administrative Hub - Novice Understanding of General Office Operations, Practices & Procedures - Self Starter in applying new practices to improve efficiencies and maximize Staffs use of the Office area. - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
