Job Description :

Project Management

* Track Costs

* Labor hours

* Material expense

* Sub-Contractors

* Change Orders

* Attend Job Meetings

* Develop relationships with Owners and General Contractors to move projects in a positive direction

* Discuss work in progress with field foreman or superintendents to keep jobs moving efficiently

* Ensure complete customer satisfaction with your projects

* Assist with manpower scheduling

* Monthly job report meetings to manage/forecast how projects are running.

Estimation

* Develop cost estimates for materials and labor based on conceptual or detailed job designs and specifications

* Attend pre-bid meetings

* Review and assist in deciding to bid/not bid projects

* Assist in overseeing takeoffs, markups, subs, and vendors

* Post Bid reviews to discuss results for future bids

General Duties

* Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Estimation, and be familiarized with project management and estimation methods

Pay

* Pay will be based on experience and will be salary based

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
