Responsibilities:

• Manage the information technology application development teams in accordance with organizational policies and business goals.
• Project Management and Task Prioritization of application development team.
• Plans, assigns, and directs the activities of professional and technical personnel involved in the design, development, and systems analysis functions required to create new applications.

• Partners with stakeholders and business leaders to ensure systems are designed to meet business needs and expectations.
• Compliance projects management: Conducts meetings with management and users to determine data processing requirements based on new project priorities, changes in legislation and system needs.
• Development: Directs and drives the development of applications and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status report, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
• Change Management Systems: Directs and Monitors Change management procedures and ensures they meet the SOC standards.
• Continuous Integration: Reviews and analyzes existing applications programs and programs in development to ensure efficiency, performance and effectiveness of those programs; reviews requests for program changes required to meet needs of departments.
• Design: Directs and drives the analysis, Workflow and User Interface Designs and provides other technical assistance to departments in the development of software systems required to implement new programs.
• Reporting: Prepares regular reports for the VP of IT, Business Unit Managers and Business Users showing the updates to the system, pending operational items and the status of projects.
• Staff Evaluation: Conducts Performance Appraisals and Recruits Full-Time and Contractors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Demonstrate a high level of continuous process improvement and adaptability to ensure efficiency and compliance in changing industry.

· Technical group management experience; including 7+ years of managerial, supervisory or leadership experience

· Technical design experience

· Application Development Experience; including 5+ years in the development of enterprise applications

· Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively, written and verbal, in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

· Change Management Systems experience

· Agile Development and Continuous Integration experience

· Experience in the Development of Functional Specifications and Test Plans

· System Audit experience
