Digital Media Specialist

Reports to: Managing Business Partner

Status: Non-Exempt

Hours: Part-Time/Full Time

Job Summary:

Being an ambassador for our restaurant brand by playing a key role in all aspects of digital media. Responsible for designing, implementing all digital media plans and strategies to promote our brand. Achieve all marketing goals by implementing effective advertising on media platforms that target our specific demographics and customer base

Job Description

Functions and Competencies:

• Implementation of online tools

• Promote and boost customer engagement

• Digital media content creation written and visual

• Write and enter current menus, specials, with images to all platforms utilized digitally

• Promote additional projects to support new product and/or entity launches

• Write and manage email marketing campaigns

• Daily management across all platforms

• Daily check of digital accounts alerts, mentions and responding accordingly

• Responsible for key messages across platforms to align with business strategies

• Manage digital budget within companies’ goals

• Produce reports and analytics across all social and digital platforms.

• Reports to management on analysis and effectiveness within target markets

• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with high energy level

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet all deadlines

Education and Training:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Restaurant digital media experience preferred

· Graphic and Web Design Experience

· Social Media Management

· Competencies in the 7’Cs of digital Marketing

Salary:

$18.00 to 25.00 an hour
