The Corporate Wire Fed Review Specialist is responsible for timely review and/or processing of outgoing wires. Also assists customers and bank personnel with questions regarding wires.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

• Responsible for the outgoing wire transfer activity for all banks. Wires coming from Wires Workflow system, this position is a high-volume position and requires extra time to review customer wire instructions vs wire Information entered by sales associates at branches it requires Corporate FED Review Specialist discipline to stay up to date.

• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service to customers and respective bank personnel.

• Provides customer assistance by telephone

• Provides 1073 Dodd Frank Disclosures to customers

• Reviews data information for outgoing wire transactions, needs to be well trained in knowing corresponding banks, swift codes and additional information needed to release wires.

• Assists and communicates to other banks, sales representatives, wire liaisons and bank officers.

• Releases wires from missing Payplus profile from workflow system to Payplus system.

• Prepares wire entries at the end of the day and assists in preparing Volume Count Report to be distributed to all markets.

• Preparing GL entries at the end of the day

• Manually entering wires into Payplus system when needed

• Volume Count Reports

• Reviews wire instructions from customers and Wires Workflow system

• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.36 - $15.37 per hour
