I have a busy insurance office in the Bismarck. Our agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great opportunity. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services

Partial list of duties:

Answer Phones and greet customers, Recommend Coverage & Upkeep of account maintenance,Understanding computer programs, Calling customers, Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills: Customer Service, Ethical, Honest, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Multi-tasking, General Math, Organization, Persistence, Deadline-Oriented.

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
