• Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple tasks within project deadlines is essential
• Ability to pre-plan and coordinate several projects in regards to material contracts, manpower, equipment, safety and subcontractors
• Thorough understanding of schedules, project budgets, submittals, change orders, and job costing
