We are looking for experienced detailers in the marine or auto industry, former deck mates or dock crew, looking to join the fastest growing marine maintenance company on Cape Cod. Some of our crew members are former graduates of Massachusetts Maritime Academy, IYRS, and have decades of experience in the marine industry. We aren’t looking for people to just help us out during the busy season and then be laid off like most do in the industry. We are a year round detail, fabrication, maintenance and yacht management company looking for committed team members who love boats, working hard and are always willing to learn.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Waxing

-Polishing

-Detailing

-Compounding

-Ceramic coating(s)

-Boat washing

-Bottom Painting

-Shrink-wrapping

-Gel coat repair

*Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required

• Individuals with the following experience are preferred:

-Any former detailing experience

-Polishing

-Compounding and waxing

-Ceramic coating(s)

-Wet Sanding

-Gel Coat Repair Specialist

-Fabrication experience

-Any Crew mates or Sportfishing mates

-Boat/Auto Painting

-Hauling/Trailering

-Boatyard or Marina employment experience

*Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
