A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred. Respond to escalated HR or personnel issues.

Active State appropriate license is required as an OT & in good standing. 3+ years in the field of OT, preferably within the pediatric population.

The individual in this position will possess good communication skills; interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone etiquette, and will excel in a team setting.

Must be committed to safe driving practices. 1 year with in the last 3 years of verifiable driving experience preferred but not required.

Paid hourly, for mileage weekly, and for time waiting/loading at customers. Driver-owned stock in the company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
