We work with adults with Intellectual Disabilities who live in their own home and need our support. As a night staff you may do things such as:

• Take them to social activities such as movies or bowling
• Find recipes, plan meals, grocery shop, and help them cook meals.
• Encourage them to maintain a clean home and practice self care.
• Maintain relationships with family members and friends.
• Model Socially acceptable behavior.
• While they sleep, you can sleep too! Or do homework, scroll Facebook, watch movies quietly etc.

The schedule:

• 24 hrs/wk; Wed & Fri 8pm-8am

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current vehicle insurance
• First Aid and CPR - we can have you take the class if this is expired or if you are not yet certified
• Every staff is required to be available at least 1 weekend shift - Sat or Sun day or night
• Assistance with Medications Certification - if you are not certified, we will send you to class
• 18+ yrs old

**Vaccinations are a choice, not a requirement to work here.

Job Type: Part-time
