Thomas Mechanical is one of the fastest growing HVAC Service Companies in the Upstate. We are taking on more projects and are looking to expand by hiring a HVAC PROJECT MANAGER for work in a team first environment.
The ideal candidate will have Commercial Construction Project Manager experience and excellent time management skills. HVAC and Estimating experience are a plus. Lack of HVAC specific experience is not a disqualifier. The Project Manager oversees all activities pertaining to the assigned projects including budget, scheduling, material procurement and supporting field crews. The Project Manager will be able to communicate with customers and resolve any questions about HVAC installation. The Project Manager should understand construction project management from start to finish.

Founded in 2004, Thomas Mechanical is an independently owned, growing full-service mechanical contractor focused on delivering turnkey HVAC and mechanical services to a strong base of commercial, and residential customers. Thomas Mechanical is located in Laurens County, South Carolina and services a wide range of customers throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. We are currently moving into a new 20,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility located on I-385. Come join our team!
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated HVAC Project Manager to immediately join the team of this well-established business. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated ability of delivering exceptional customer service (both internal and external customers), planning, scheduling, executing and closing out construction projects as well as generating new commercial HVAC sales from legacy and new customers. This is an excellent role for a goal oriented, self-starter looking to build and grow within Thomas Mechanical’s organization.
