The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help create and launch successful products. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in product management and a deep understanding of user experience and product development.

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing product strategy, leading product development and launch, and working with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. The candidate should be a creative problem-solver and have the ability to think strategically and critically.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Write PRDs, briefs, and other strategy documentation to effectively align all stakeholders towards a clear strategy
• Lead the product development process from concept to launch
• Collaborate with clients, designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure product success
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product growth
• Monitor and report on product performance

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in product management
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Ability to think strategically and critically
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of user experience design and product development
• Knowledge of market analysis and competitive landscape
