Processes incoming clinical and commercial product complaints, including intake, initial evaluation, and triage.

Front office reception duties (phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, making sales, answering questions).

Associates degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.

Monitor projects deadlines and support presentation of monthly progress reports covering action items and progress updates. Phone call communications a must.

Analyze drawings, specifications, site conditions and other documentation to perform take-offs and review quantities in order to compute accurate project cost,
