North Group Consultants is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to our Consultants in all administrative functions and assist in advancing our mission both internally and externally. By demonstrating our twin pillars of focused efficiency and gracious hospitality, the successful candidate will embrace North Group’s values and serve with an others-centered focus and can-do spirit. The Executive Assistant will provide a wide variety of administrative support to several Consultants including scheduling, calendar management, data entry, proofreading, preparing correspondence, etc. In addition, the Executive Assistant will work collaboratively with the administrative team to proactively streamline systems and practices. A demonstrated track record of taking initiative to ensure the success of team members is essential to the Executive Assistant role. Strong interpersonal, project management and organizational skills are necessary.

Executive Assistant position qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an office / business setting
• A minimum of intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
• Community involvement, desired
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferred
