You will have responsibilities that include participating in strategic planning, service delivery, program development, evaluation and implementation, budget

Develop and execute new member and retention goals, budget, and strategy (calls and visits to members and prospective members, referral programs, etc.).

Provide support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user

Participates in required training and education programs including CSMC phlebotomy-specific clinical oversight which encompasses initial training, monthly
