Direct field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship. Salary will be based on experience.

Drivers license and excellent driving record required. Utilizes company CRM for tracking of new leads and scheduling follow up calls.

The work is to be performed at our office in Covington, LA (NOT a remote position). This position is NOT a remote position. Assist in some HR duties as needed.

Looking for an individual that has at least 3 years of experience with the estimating, managing and selling of both small- and large-scale commercial building

Ability to provide information to management, supervisors, co workers and subordinates by telephone, in written for, email or in person.
