Personal or professional experience as a caregiver or caring for someone with Alzheimers disease, dementia, or another debilitating illness is preferred.

A valid drivers license is required. Should also ensure availability of design and/or scope information, procurement of materials and subcontracts, lead times

Including related support tools including OU design and the planning and implementation of group policies and Office365 design and implementation.

Answer and direct telephone calls, and appropriately relay important information promptly, clearly, maintaining confidently as needed.

Provide Tier-1 support to resolve any help desk tickets, calls and/or change requests where installation/application configuration may be an issue.
