Southern Inn Catering Operations Manager – Responsibilities Include Organization and Maintenance of all Catering Equipment, Delivery to Catering Events including Set Up and Break Down, Assist the Kitchen Staff with Proper Packaging and Delivery of Food to Events, Inventory of all Products and Equipment.
