OVERVIEW:

The purpose of the Cash Management Operations Specialist is to provide support for the sales, operations and management functions of the department. This position is responsible for coordinating with Cash Management, Business Lending and ITS teams to ensure business online banking setup, training and compliance are complete, maintained and processing is performed in a timely, efficient and accurate method. Providing efficient, accurate enrollment and system availability of Cash Management setup and services to increase profitability and member satisfaction, analyzes the performance of each Cash Management business and report on Cash Management performance, and assists with the department's budget projections and performance. Learned, established processes and procedures provide a prescribed list of solutions for any cash management issues encountered.


With no budgetary responsibility, the Cash Management Onboarding Specialist performs a variety of essential tasks related to business online banking services, coordinates delivery of products and services, demonstrates teamwork, ensures compliance with regulatory agency and credit union standards, and performs other Cash Management assignments as requested. The decision made could have a marginal impact. This position works under limited supervision of work and develops and maintains an expert service level for new business online banking members and responds to member inquiries and issues, serves as a liaison for coordination of online business banking services, and analyzes member accounts and provides recommendations to enhance offerings, strengthen business relationships and grow revenue. In addition, this role produces statistical reports, schedules and provides training on the use of online system, and coordinates the delivery of diversified business online banking services. The Cash Management Operations Specialist also schedules annual audit reviews for each originator, reviews velocity and exposure limits for business members and proposes recommendations to management, prepares reports, works collaboratively with team members and serves as a back-up to other Cash Management staff when needed, and maintains awareness of all operating standards and provides reporting on program compliance.


This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may require in-person training.


EXPERIENCE

  • 4-6 years of related Cash Management or financial services operations experience

EDUCATION:

  • General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree

SKILLS:

  • Decision making requires the ability to choose from options outlined in established procedures
  • Technical knowledge of the credit union core system and other computer programs/software
  • Courtesy and tact are essential elements of the job
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, procedures and NACHA operating rules and regulations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and PCs and applicable systems
  • Advanced analytical, time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates a commitment to teamwork

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
