One Tech Engineering is searching for a Business Analyst for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Business Analyst will be writing clearance and switching procedures for electric distribution utility work.

The candidate should have experience with NMS Oracle GE Small world Bentley GIS Systems Schneider ADMS system Microsoft suite. The candidate should also have construction clearance and switch plan process experience

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Deliver clearly documented functional, system and process requirements
• Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases
• Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs and translates and refines the requirements into functional specifications.
• Maintain thorough communication and project management of the switch plans requested for their area and meeting timelines.

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

• 2-5 years related experience.
• Previous experience as Journey man Lineman, Substation electrician, switching lead, Electric System Operator preferred.
• Experience with NMS Oracle GE Small world Bentley GIS Systems Schneider ADMS system Microsoft suite preferred.
• Experience with NMS Oracle mapping, Lineman field electrical clearance , and ADMS substation electrical preferred.
• Construction clearance and switch plan process experience required.
• Construction clearance procedure expertise preferred.
• Strong background in mapping/GIS software’s, and lineman experience.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group
• Candidates must be a US citizenship or hold a green card. This position does not offer sponsorship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
